Prepare students for more than passing the CDL exam.
HaulWell™ gives CDL programs a structured, privacy-protected way to prepare students for the human demands of professional driving—and strengthen the program with useful insight from every participating cohort.
Passing the test is one milestone. Adapting to the work is another.
It is fatigue, schedule disruption, hydration inconsistency, isolation, routine loss, stress load, and limited recovery. These pressures can gradually shrink readiness margin during the first 90 days of professional driving.
CDL programs teach students how to operate a commercial vehicle safely. HaulWell™ adds a practical readiness layer that helps students understand and respond to the changing human demands that come with the work.

When Needed
Students learn to recognize shrinking readiness margin before it becomes a visible problem.
A complete readiness package—not just an assessment.
Student Readiness Module
A ready-to-use learning experience covering sleep, recovery, stress, hydration, energy, focus, routines, and blood-pressure awareness—built around the realities students may face on the road.
Live Student Introduction
Wanda introduces HaulWell™ during an existing class or orientation, in person or by live video. In about 10 minutes, students learn what it is, why it matters, what remains private, and how to participate.
Private Student Results
Each student receives a personal Driver Readiness Profile™, practical next steps, recurring Check-Ins™, and a private graduation readiness summary, along with preventive resources and Driver Stability Coach™ access. Results are educational—not pass/fail or fitness-for-duty.
Easy School Implementation
HaulWell provides student invitation language, a privacy FAQ, classroom slides, QR-code access, reminders, a participation schedule, and direct support so instructors are not asked to build or manage another program.
School Findings Package
The school receives a Cohort Readiness Brief, summarized student experience feedback, and a Curriculum Readiness Gap Report showing topics that may benefit from reinforcement. Small-cohort findings are clearly labeled as early observations.
Leadership Review & Next Steps
At the end of the cohort, HaulWell meets with school leadership to review participation, student response, implementation, early observations, and practical recommendations for the next class.
Optional 90-Day Transition
Graduates may continue private Check-Ins™ and readiness support as real schedules, recovery demands, meals, hydration, stress, and isolation begin replacing the predictability of the classroom.
Program Recognition
Participating schools may receive Founding Pilot Partner recognition, a website badge, co-branded materials, and approved language showing that students are prepared for more than licensing alone.
A first cohort does not need big data to produce useful value.
HaulWell™ does not overstate what a small group can prove. The first cohort helps the school understand student participation, usability, readiness awareness, educational needs, and where the experience can be strengthened. Each future cohort adds another layer of evidence.
- Participation and pathway-completion summary
- De-identified student feedback and reported preventive actions
- Topics students found most useful or wanted to understand better
- Curriculum areas that may benefit from practical reinforcement
- Implementation observations and recommendations for the next cohort
Private for the student. Useful for the school.
HaulWell™ retains individual responses and scores to generate each student’s private results, track change, provide support, and evaluate the program. Schools do not receive individual answers, scores, zones, trends, or coaching conversations. School reporting is de-identified and group-level, with privacy thresholds applied when needed.
Your graduates leave with more than a CDL.
HaulWell™ helps a CDL program show students, families, workforce partners, and hiring fleets that its preparation addresses the whole transition—not only vehicle operation and exam performance.
Prepared beyond the CDL.
Graduates leave with readiness awareness, a private baseline, practical next steps, and optional support during the first 90 days of professional driving. Schools gain a structured way to improve that preparation over time.
