Meet the Founder

  • Owner & Founder

HaulWell™ was founded by Wanda Titus, a National Board Health & Wellness Coach and founder of Zoetic Life Health Coaching.

What began as a focus on hydration, fatigue, stress, and blood pressure awareness gradually evolved into a deeper exploration of what truly shapes driver stability once drivers enter real-world operations.

Through ongoing conversations with drivers, CDL instructors, fleet leaders, safety professionals, and workforce advocates, a recurring pattern began to emerge:

Many drivers were trained, licensed, and working —
yet still operating with less margin than it appeared.

That observation became one of the foundations behind the HaulWell™ Driver Readiness Framework.

About HaulWell™ & The Driver Readiness Framework

HaulWell™ was created to support a part of the trucking industry that often goes unseen:

The daily conditions that shape driver readiness after training ends.

The trucking industry has strong systems for equipment, compliance, licensing, and operational safety.

But there is far less support focused on what happens when drivers transition into the realities of life on the road.

Schedules change.

Sleep becomes less predictable.

Meals become inconsistent.

Hydration slips.

Stress accumulates.

Recovery becomes harder to maintain.

At HaulWell™, we refer to this adjustment as Schedule Shock — the disruption that often occurs when the structure of training gives way to the realities of real-world operations.

This is often where stability begins to shift.

Drivers are still working.

Still delivering.

Still passing.

But sometimes operating with less margin than it appears.

The Driver Readiness Framework

HaulWell™ focuses on the daily factors that influence readiness, including:

• hydration consistency

• energy stability

• fatigue awareness

• stress load and schedule strain

• blood pressure awareness

• recovery habits

• long-term readiness routines

A key concept within the framework is Margin.

Margin is the space between functioning and running on empty.

Many drivers continue working successfully while their margin gradually shrinks.

They are still doing the job.

Still moving freight.

Still meeting expectations.

But operating with less room for error, less recovery, and less resilience than they realize.

The goal of HaulWell™ is simple:

To help drivers recognize what builds quietly, protect their margin, and develop practical habits that support long-term stability on and off the road.

Driver Readiness Is Built Daily — Not Just Tested.
